“Having a specific room requirement the hotel give me options and went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable. With the Hotel room only refurbished in October 24, they were well finished and furnished. We ate in the restaurant with the menu offering a good variety of food and we we very happy with the quality of the food. Finally a big thank you to Dela who was a supMagerb host. ”

“Great place to stay whilst exploring Aberystwyth. Clean and quiet with helpful, friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. On site, free parking was a bonus. Easy walk to the sea front. Would definitely stay there again. ”

“Clean and comfortable. We were able to park on the street right outside the hotel. It doesn’t have its own parking area. The problem was I didn’t realize it had a shared bathroom…it taught me a lesson to ensure future bookings are en-suite.”

“The reception member of staff was excellent throughout our stay. Very friendly and approachable. I can’t comment on the service of the room as there wasn’t any. The room was very clean and equipped with a good hairdryer, ironing board and iron if you needed it along with soap and shampoo etc. The whole building is very tired and could do with money being spent on it especially the stair carpet which is thread bare in places and could be a hazard. It was fine for our needs. ”

“Amazing place! The ladies in reception of the hotel where we picked up the keys were so lovely. The apartment was stunning and over 2 floors, beautiful big bay window over looking the sea and the beds were very comfortable. It was extremely clean and tidy. Also loved the spa. Thanks for a great stay! ”
