The bed was wonderful, I really appreciated the fact that the AC wasn't leaving the room muggy and damp like some do. Breakfast was wonderful and plentiful. The attendants were awesome and hard workers! I like using the app to unlock the doors, it's a great convenience perk! Upon arrival I found a dirty floor in my room. I ended up asking for a vacuum and cleaned the floor myself - the front house manager did……
