“We loved it again and hope to come back again next year. The only thing we would change is to have wifi in all the bedrooms and better pots/pans/knives. Otherwise it is a wonderful stay.”

“House needs to be gutted inside!!! It is an old, broken down, unkept house with disgusting kitchen, worn out floors and furniture, BBQ was rusted and did not work, no live TV. A streamer was sent to us after a month for one of the TVs but still no live TV programming. No TV in 2nd bedroom. Cupboards falling off their hinges, shelving falling apart, leaking taps in bathroom and kitchen (this was fixed after we complained), no glass glasses except for wine, we had to buy some!!! No outside……

“Luxury oasis in beautiful outskirts of San Jose. Away from loud parties and crowds in a peaceful, friendly, and beautiful neighborhood. We were seeking to celebrate Christmas in paradise with our son and daughter in law. JoAnn not only nailed it, but truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and at home! This experience has surpassed all our many VRBO’s & AirB&B stays.We enjoyed preparing meals together in fully equipped kitchen and loved new gas grill. There is a lovely inside dining……
