“No contact from owner or host. We called vrbo and told them and they said we had to wait until check in time to verify it was a fraud location. I called multiple times because I did not want to go to Mexico without the location being confirmed or how to access. “Three of us had a wonderful stay. Everything about the condo is perfect. The beds are comfy, the kitchen is well stocked but the best part is the views from the large covered patio. with lots of seating choices, we spent many an hour on the private deck watching the sunrises and whales. “This condo had everything we needed for an 8 day stay.The manager responded immediately (twice) when we needed something fixed.The beach nearby wasn't that great for kids, but was truly beautiful.The kids were crazy about the pool. “Our group of 13 women stayed in 3 units at Soleado and had a fabulous time. It's walkable to a few restaurants via the beach and only a short drive to town. The concierge was so helpful and so quick to respond. The property was clean and quiet with gorgeous views. We saw so many whales (End of Jan) from the condo and the beach in front was beautiful. We went for long morning walks and always felt safe. I would highly recommend this condo for friends and families.”

“We were in between places so we needed a place for one night. We were not disappointed in the condo. It was very clean and quiet. They had all the basic amenities including coffee and tea which was great. They also had soap and shampoo dispensers. Nice to not worry about having those. The washer dryer was a great addition since our last place was not equipped with them! They also have a very nice secluded swimming beach. We Would definitely stay there again.”
