“Good location for our needs, lovely bar downstairs, convenient for food. Several cafes and shops close by, and easy walking distance to Llandaff cathedral.”

“Rooms were excellant, breakfast was really good but best of all the most dog friendly place I've everstayed!! This was an extremely busy Saturday night pub where I sat at the bar with my dog also sat on a stool. When door security come over and make a fuss of your dog and go and get some treats, it was just brilliant. A really lovely stay. I won't make the mistake of asking for a full English for breakfast in a Welsh pub again!!! ”

“If was good. Easy to find and communication in advance good. Registration simple and swift. Accommodation was value for money and room facilities good too. For those on a budget and looking for a quality overnight stay then recommended”

“The location is perfect. From our room, we could see the clock Tower ☺️ of Cardiff castle. Joey in the reception was very kind, as all other staff. The hotel is an antique and traditional building, very beautiful both inside and outside, but our room was newly refurbished ”

“入住是問他拿取牙刷牙膏，他笑容滿面地答Certainly, 還好我晚上自己又去買，回到房間他答我out of stock. 房間的電話是不能用的，壞掉了，跟他說了也不位我更換。另外洗衣服送回給我時竟然問我啦信用卡號碼，我說我不舒服，費用掛在房間上我走的時候會結，他答如果我不立即給他，就要立即來收回我的衣服，這是什麼服務，2022年的酒店也會這樣子。房間有多不清潔的毛巾，給我新的但是不拿走舊的，任由一堆毛巾放在廁所的一角”

“酒店的位置很好,附近有付費停車場, 一直走便到CARDIFF MARKET﹑商場及商店。對於景點及隨處走走都很方便。 雖然酒店不算新淨, 但舒適度及服務都很好,而且酒店旁邊的巴西餐廳很好吃。 ”

“This is a very nice hotel and the rooms are spacious. We are satisfied with this comfortable stay experience. But I think a minor thing may need to be improved. The temperature of bath/shower is not very steady, and it dropped down after several minutes. Besides, the water from tape also took several minutes to become warm. Since we visited in April and it is still a bit cold, when I washed my hands I felt a bit freezing. It would be better to access hot water more easily.”

“No water or coffee in room. Coffee machine in common area produced terrible coffee. We appreciated a quiet room with working air conditioning.”

“Family room (connecting rooms) booked. One w king sized bed n one w sofa bed. Spacious. Clean. Enough storage. Best with free parking. Plenty of parking spaces. Service was good. Staff responded quickly to our requests. Room price is reasonable. Will stay again ”
