“Overall the hotel was nice. The room was comfortable. Front desk service was a little lacking. I needed to use the hairdryer in the room. Plugged it in…did not work. Went to front desk (had to wait almost 10 mins for someone to come out of the back) asked for a replacement. Got it and went back to my room. It did not work. Had to leave for my 7am meeting. Came back that afternoon and went down to get a replacement hairdryer. Took almost 20 mins to get a replacement. Plugged it in and it did not……

“We booked this hotel because of its close proximity to The Fox Theatre, where we had tickets. We were thrilled to learn that, in addition to its art museum theme, it also featured a roof-top bar and excellent restaurant. Our room was spacious, very comfortable, and beautifully decorated.”

“I would give 5 star if wasn’t for the AC unit blow directly to my bed( can’t adjust), and the room doesn’t have a light but only a small table lamp. considering the price, 4 star should do it, they really keep it clean, very nice public area and kitchen, staff are very friendly. Even though they don’t provide breakfast, during weekends, they do have a lot of free fresh fruits, donuts, and good quality coffee.
