“First time staying here for one night, check in was friendly and helpful. Room was a little dated but nice and clean also WiFi was good. “A lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. My husband is a severe asthmatic and is allergic to feathers. When we realised that the pillows and duvet were feather and spoke to the housekeeping staff, they went out of their way to help us. They changed all the bedding and ensured that there were no feathers in the room. Special thanks should go to Suzanne and the blond lady who organised this for us. “游泳池和gym好舒服，晚上和第二日早上都有去，更衣室設備齊全，有按摩池和桑拿。房間有點熱，但有配備額外的風扇，沒有很辛苦，感謝酒店晚上提供免費的雪條。停車位已包在房價內，如果付費的話是£5一日。窗台有點髒，房內也沒有內線電話，有一點不方便。但主要為了游泳池而來，而且房價便宜，整個旅程過得很不錯，前台服務很好，非常友善。不用自助入住，有職員為客人check in。”

“A nice hotel that is sensibly priced. Perfect for short stays when in the Grimsby area. The restaurant is good and the breakfast is verging towards excellent, but could be improved by the addition of smoked haddock with poached eggs, as well as kippers, to the menu. ”

“Stayed for a couple of nights. Room was a good size, bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and a good size too. Hotel is only a few steps away from the sea front and is well kept. Manager of the hotel is a hard working lady, who does her very best to enaure all guests are looked after. Room and hotel is self check in and plenty of parking either infront of the hotel, in the carpark a few steps away or there are 5 at the back of the property. “We had a large room with sofa and a huge bathroom. We overlooked the garden and were above the patio. It was quite noisy with people chatting outside and smokers. Food was good. Staff friendly. It was Bank holiday and there was a wedding party staying there. Breakfast was chaos the poor staff couldn't keep up with demand. The management should have put extra staff on duty. Commendation to Phillis who kept her cool and had a friendly attitude.”
