“The condo was very spacious & comfortable. There was even a private, roofed patio in the back. The best thing is that it was a short (5 minute) walk to the beach. The second best thing is that I was there for 2 nights & never moved my car. I also enjoyed the hot tub—& it’s long, open hours. The staff was friendly & helpful. The only negative is that I was unable to hear the ocean from my room. It was an incredible value.”

“This was a mother - daughter beach trip. The place was absolutely perfect. I loved the gated community and the proximity to the beach, pier, harbor and shops. The place was spacious and comfortable. We had plenty of room/ storage for our things so we could really make it like home. I loved having coffee on the balcony in the morning. The pool, jacuzzi and gym are awesome amenities. Having an assigned spot in the parking garage really took the stress out of finding a parking spot. This place is……

“Even though the the properties on the third floor, access to the beach was easy via an elevator. It's a great Beach for families. Fun to play on and the room and the showers and everything was just perfect. They have beach chairs and things to play with. It was a great time!”

“The location is wonderful with the beautiful views of the ocean and listening to the waves crashing was so awesome! It’s very walkable to everything we wanted to see in the area. The “Old O’side Charm” of this property with updated interior made it the perfect stay for my sister and I to relive some of our childhood memories. Excellent communication through text. “Beautiful property! Sparkling clean! Spacious, airy! Could not ask for a better view or location! Walking distance to so many fun places! Only negative was there was no grill or firepit as was listed in the agreement. ”

“The landscaped grounds and well maintained building were impressive. Great location at the beach. Spacious well furnished unit. Unusually large gym. Large swimming pool. Excellent response from the management Underground parking. The only annoyance was loud footsteps overhead when guest moved in above us. Otherwise, quiet and peaceful with a nice view from balcony. ”
