“Loved this hotel. It’s in a great neighborhood tucked away from the bustling main shopping strips. The decor was relaxing, pristine in cleanliness. Staff was attentive. Breakfast was tasty with a wide offering. I only wish they answered messages through hotel.com within 24 hrs. I had to message multiple times before I got a reply and no one answered when I called. It would also be helpful for a first time traveler be told what stop on the Vaporetto is best to reach the hotel. Despite I still……

“威尼斯一家真正值得推薦的好公寓。地點真的很方便，就在Rialto橋前方的市集入口處，從車站搭1號線的船在Rialto Mercato站下船，走路50公尺，真的不用1分鐘就到了，誰說住威尼斯島上就一定要辛苦的拉行李，住在這裡就不用煩腦行李的問題。房間空間大又新，設備齊全，設計時尚。真的可以當自己的家長久的住下來了。最值得讚美的是這裡的工作人員，非常的親切很有耐心，當我告知他們我找不到路的時候，還跑到街上來接我們。帶我們到房間後還親切的為我們示範一些設備該如何使用。下雨天還幫我們準備了雨傘。還因天氣不好，擔心影響到我們旅遊的心情，而送了我們一瓶香檳和餅乾（這是我自己的想法），但工作人員的貼心真的深深的感動了我們。感謝他們的細心服務，讓我們更加喜歡威尼斯。有機會再來的話100%會再選擇這間公寓，也會把這裡推薦給我的所有朋友們。”

“The location is great. It's in a pretty quiet neighborhood, but still only a 5 minute walk to the nearest vaporetto station and about 10 minutes to the Rialto Bridge. We ate at a couple of very good restaurants in the neighborhood that were recommended by Mario. He was very helpful in making suggestions on things to do, places to eat, and gave directions on how to get there. The only minor issue we had is that our room was very small.”
