“The property is a nice location and good size. We hoped to check in early as we were attending a wedding - but were told they were short-staffed, so no early check-in; they would leave a key at the front desk. While the bed linens looked fresh and clean, and the bathroom seemed clean with decent towels, the decor and cosmetics have been neglected - peeling wallpaper, dirty/stained carpets; we opened the window upon our arrival to find guests gathered around a firepit a level below us so we had……

“Beautiful place to stay. The view is absolutely amazing and the area is very rural. Everyone was extremely friendly and the townsfolk were too. Only problem some might find is if you’re the bottom room your upstairs neighbors might be noisy.”

“This is an old, classic New England Inn, complete with giant porch with rocking chairs to take the gorgeous view. The room was very comfortable with an updated bathroom. The lobby had recently been redone. It looks great. The restaurant was a little expensive but very convenient and very friendly.”
