“we had a hard time finding the property, only because it was up a dirt road so it threw us off. We were a little leery of what we got ourselves into but once we met the proprietor and talked with him we were at ease. We had a fantastic evening in his dining room with some amazing food and wine! The rooms were small but we only needed to sleep after 13 hours of riding on motorcycles. The buildings are unique and felt like we were in old world France. Very restful for the 3 of us!”

“C’est un magnifique emplacement , c’est propre et moderne , il ne manque de rien dans le condo ! ”

“What you see, is what you get. Property was beautiful, there were no surprises. Looked exactly like photos. Good instructions on how to use the included equipment(hot tub, fireplace, etc). The high point though? We're still talking about the bed. The bed was so comfortable we almost took it apart to find out what it was 😂. ”

“Came for a red rocks concert. Great place to stay. The pictures are accurate. Older but clean and comfortable. We had fun reminiscing about some of the old appliances and dishes from our grandma’s house growing up. Highlight was the blue heron rookery across the way. Loved watching the birds from the dining room. Binoculars included! Close to Denver but feels secluded and off the beaten path. ”

We had a family of six and fit perfectly. The lake is amazing you can fish right of the bank. Thanks so much for having us would recommend to all! ”

“I really enjoyed staying at the Owl Getaway and didn't want to leave when my time was up. It was a perfect little place to get away: Secluded and quiet (except for being able to hear traffic on the road above - though it doesn't get a lot of traffic). The screened-in porch among the trees is great! The listing is literal when it says "shower only" for the bathroom: It not only means no tub, but that the sink is in the kitchen. I'll also say that I did drink the tap water, too, in case anyone is……

“We had a wonderful family time thanks to your lovely home. It was warm, cozy, and everyone in the family was very happy with the stay. We made some truly special memories here. If we visit Banff again, we would definitely love to come back. Thank you so much!”
