“Great and quiet place”

“We had a 1 bedroom ground floor ocean view villa and would rent one of these again. All of the staff from the front desk to the maintenance staff to our wait staff in the restaurant were excellent. We have told the front desk that the bed rolled into the middle and was very uncomfortable. It was very cold while we were there, below freezing at night. There was only a light summer spread on the bed and no spare blankets and we had not checked that until bedtime. Housekeeping responded……

“Excellent location right next to gondola with their own entrance to gondola to skip the long lines in the morning.”

“Perfect amount of space for 3 people. Super close to the Zion entrance.”

“The unit was spacious for 4 adults and 2 children. Had everything we needed for our stay. Nice pool. Somehow we had a miscommunication with fresh towels exchange but it was ok. Directions to our particular unit could have been better as we were arriving after normal hours. Office closes at 4. Overall a very comfortable stay.”

“When we first pulled in we were very confused where to go to check in. Property staff were all very friendly and they text on various days fun daily treats they are giving out such as hot dogs/chips, hot cocoa and piña coladas. There is a coded gate to get into the parking lot which made it feel more secure. It was very convenient having a full well stocked kitchen with dishwasher and a washer/dryer. We also had the deluxe with two bathrooms. There is a nice private beach and the lagoon was……

“Everything was lovely except I felt rushed on my departure date. A front desk representative knocked around 9am to find out what time I was leaving. If your check out policy is 11am, you should not knock on people’s door to find out what time they are planning on leaving. It doesn’t feel like a luxurious experience when you do. In addition to the early knock, the entire housekeeping staff was waiting by my front door when I checked out at 10:25. What if I wasn’t checking out at 10:25 and was……
