“This was one of the best stays of our trip. Long drive, arrived tired and hungry. We were greeted by Kathleen, the most kind and wonderful hostess. We had an hour to freshen up before our dinner reservation. Then, we were seated with a gorgeous view of the lake on one side and the excellent band on the other. Our server, Rebecca, was one of the nicest servers EVER. The food was great. We were disappointed we weren’t staying longer than one night!”

“We had a very relaxing stay at Doug's loft suite. It's a very peaceful property. The hot tub definitely made this a 5 star place to stay. So relaxing and peaceful watching the sunset and then the stars at night. The room is a bit small but quaint and has everything you need including a small fridge, sink, dishes etc. and the bed was comfortable. We would definitely return the next time we visit the area. My brother and I enjoyed our stay and met the owners *who gave me a ride back up the hill when I forgot my keys! I would recommend to anyone looking for a Cabot Trail basecamp! ”
