“The property was as advertised. The communication from the host about how to find, access the building and available amenities was excellent. The kitchen was well equipped and beach towels, chairs and umbrella were also available. Great location with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants and the beaches. ”

“Condo was newly renovated and was a comfortable stay. Location is great as you can walk to restaurants, etc. Overall it's a great place for a couple to stay in Kona.Reviews saying that parking is bad are semi-true as it's a first come, first serve place without enough spots for all tenants. Just prepare yourself if you come back later in the evening you'll most likely have to park on the side of the road. We did so a few times and had no issues.Only suggestions for the place would be to add……

“This was a great way to visit Kona. Quiet with access to an ocean side pool, but only a few minutes walk from restaurants, beaches, farmers market and shopping. The sunset views were fantastic and the dedicated parking spot is great for anyone with a rental car.”
