“We have enjoyed staying at Richard's condo in past years, and this trip did not disappoint. The condo has been updated since our last visit, and the furnishings are comfortable and inviting. Everything you could possibly need is provided, including linens and basic kitchen and bath necessities. The oceanfront covered deck has comfortable furniture, and we enjoyed reading while listening to the ocean. When we checked out during a heavy rainstorm, it was so nice being able to stay dry while……

“Lovely cozy beach cottage. We had 4 adults, 2 toddlers and 2 newborns and were all very comfortable. Excellent location right across from the beach. Really enjoyed the screen porch!”

“This place was great. It has everything you need for your stay. It really is like walking into your home, not just a rental. Very good view of the beach, couple of restaurants across the street,with good food. The Spot restaurant has very good food and a great atmosphere. I would recommend anyone to stay here, including myself again... the only downside to this rental is there is no elevator. But climbing the steps are worth it to stay in this condo!”
