“(+)The hotel is about 200m away from central bus/train station, right next to the old town. A big shopping mall is in the opposite side as well. The room offers minibar with extra charge, free shampoo gel, hand soap, body milk hair gel and water boiler. However there is no toothbrush and toothpaste. The mattress is comfortable, not too hard or too soft. The staff was friendly and kind. (-)The breakfast is good but it keeps same almost everyday. The sound insulation is pretty bad at least for……

The front desk staff in particular were who we spoke with most - Angela, Enrique, May - clearly very professional at their job but equally the nicest people and very informative - anything you want to ask about Palma/attractions etc - they know or can find out. ”

Vi modtog nogle dage forinden en besked på spansk. Vi forstod den ikke og spurgte, om de ville sende den på engelsk. Den modtog vi aldrig. Værelset var nyt og fint, og personalet var venlig. Alt i alt: Et godt hotel, der slet ikke var klart til gæster … og vi betalte fuld pris som om alt var i orden ”
