“Dan hosted our group of 10 and we found it very spacious. The house was very clean and well maintained. The area was nice and safe. Dan did a great job of communicating with me throughout our entire stay. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this property. ”

“The property is very nice . But the sleeper sofa wasn’t great for 2 kids and the bed in the bedroom was a little too solid. I think the “sleeps 4” listing was a little deceiving. Aside from thise minor things the property is nice, felt pretty secured , and well kept. Cool old building retrofit with businesses and loft apartments. I did like the place overall. I think it would be best suited for a business traveler or a couple ”

“Easy Check in and out. Very spacious and perfect for big families. Decent area with lots of activities close by. Kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed for our stay”

“Everything was great! The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the additions of coffee supplies, toiletries, and cleaning supplies made the trip super easy. The only things I think could be improved would be adding a blackout curtain and a more intuitive remote and/or instructions on how to use the whole tv. If I’m back in STL next year I would definitely stay here again.”
