“The place is so special! Every single detail was well thought out with a great stay in mind. “The studio was great: clean, convenient, comfortable. It was just across the street from Harris State and easily walkable to SLU. The neighborhood was well lit and felt safe for me at night as a single woman. The small seating area out back was a shared space with the other units. Nice and shady but a tad dusty out there. ”

“Communication with Dan was on point, never had any issues! Beds were super comfy and bedrooms were super spacious except bunk bed room is very small but we didn’t use it any way the two queen beds in the 3 bigger rooms was plenty for 6 adults and 4 kids. Really only cons we had was There is only 1 TV period and the WiFi is basically non existent, thankfully we took a blu-ray player and movies for the kids and also only a half roll of toilet paper period for 3 days but I didn’t bring it to Dans……
