“My family had the pleasure of staying in this spacious one-bedroom rental that exceeded expectations. We felt welcomed into this cozy, comfortable space. “Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment 1/2 hour from Cooperstown. Modern kitchen with everything needed. Nice park across the street. Parking area a little sketchy. There is AC in most of the apartment (including in one of the three bedrooms) - we were able to use the fan to make it work. Didn’t see any bugs mentioned in previous review (there was an ant trap in the kitchen but we didn’t see any ants.) Check-in was very easy through lockbox for keys. ”

“The apartment is convenient to Colgate. It is clean and contains all of the necessary essentials. The owners are organized and good communicators. The owners offered us use of their electric vehicle charger, which was very nice.”

“The apartment was comfy and perfectly described. The neighbors were kind and offered suggestions around the city. The hostess was very knowledgeable about the city and provided great recommendations for food and local businesses. If we’re ever back in Utica we’ll definitely check out this location again! ”

“We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the apartment. We had six sleep comfortably in the space.Loved the coffee bar set up in the kitchen. Made life a lot easier starting the day. There are a few very minor workmanship issues, and there is no oven installed, but for our purposes, we never needed it.My family would happily stay there again if we are in the area.”

“The apartment was the perfect space for a longer vacation. Plenty of room for three of us without feeling crowded and able to be spread out. I do wish there was more communication regarding the parking spot (but that was a lack of time on my part) and the check out procedures. Overall a very good stay.”

“The mini apartment was decorated warm and comfortable. It was spacious for two people. The lake views were beautiful. There was plenty to do in the towns, plenty of restaurants. Our hosts were very kind and informative. ”

“This place was perfect for us, close to the Nexus Arena. It had almost everything we needed. A hair dryer would have been nice. Maybe a toaster. But overall, it had everything we needed. The area was quiet and we were very comfortable there. We'd stay there again if we are ever in the area again.”
