“Nice, functional hotel in a good location for the town. Clean and comfortable rooms and a decent selection for breakfast. Staff at reception and the bar were not very friendly or welcoming which was a shame. Would come again on another visit to the theatre. ”

“Stayed just the 1 night to attend racing at the Silverstone race circuit. Room (twin) was very clean and tidy, comfortable beds, great bathroom and tea and coffe aplenty in the room. Highly recommended especially if you’re attending the circuit as it’s just a 10 minute walk. Friendly courteous staff and fantastic complementary English breakfast. ”

“Friendly staff in this hotel, food excellent and varied. Lovely big bedroom, comfy beds with vintage furniture, bathroom could do with a bit of a makeover. Superb view looking over the river with the swans and ducks. No lift in the hotel so I did struggle with the stairs.”

“We had the most wonderful, relaxing 24 hours at Fawsley Hall. Every member of staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel is kept beautifully. We particularly enjoyed the tasting menu and the cooked breakfast - everything we ate was perfect.”

“Lovely quiet hotel friendly helpful staff. Excellent food in restaurant. Comfortable room and bed but only downside was that shower over bath had low sloping ceiling so couldn’t stand up had to sit in bath and shower yourself no shower curtain or screen. ”

“The room and view facilities were fantastic. The bar and restaurant downstairs were busy, but the accommodation upstairs was quiet. The Polish lad (I think) who works there was really friendly, helpful, and quirky. The only two slight issues were that the parking was a bit of a trip but not a deal breaker (£10 per p/night) and that there was a group staying in the room next door who must have been chain-smoking as it stank out the corridor, etc. Other than that, the stay was top class and I will……

“Its a venue hotel , busy and noisy on Saturday nights til midnight. However the room had about 10 sockets. Bathroom was modern apart from dirty extractor fan. Staff were lovely, pub opposite looks neglected but great friendly crowd and staff , woluld stay again , not on a weekend though. ”
