“We booked this through hotels.com and we got a confirmation however they did not nor did they receive payment. We arrived and the host Valentina was waiting for us (because we called). She graciously let us in the gates and showed us one of two rooms to choose from which either one was fine. We were hungry and Valentina recommended a nearby restaurant that had great food. We woke up to a beautiful continental breakfast which tasted amazing and a latte. It was really foggy and we had to rush……

“After you get off from the train station, take the boat to San Zaccaria stop and it takes around 45 min and then by walking 10 min to arrive the hotel. Not difficult to find if you are opening the google map. Near the main tourist attractions by walking around 5 min, The view in the room is also nice. The breakfast is good and the staff is nice. The room is comfortable and large.”

“Great place to stay and so quiet and relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of Venice. The staff are amazing and the restaurant was delish, especially the deserts and Negroni! The room had everything one needs and very well thought out for even little things like the amenity kits in the bathroom and snacks. Very clean and comfortable beds.”

“房間的熱水跟溫度很好，飯店離碼頭只有5分鐘的距離且只需過一個橋，不用提行李上下。因環保因素不提供洗髮精與牙膏牙刷。 當天我們被安排在櫃臺旁的無障礙房間，聽的到櫃臺人員打噴嚏的聲音...而我們的房間早在去年9月即訂房，而不是候補進去的。 另因房間wifi收訊很差，故請櫃臺協助處理wifi無法連線的問題，櫃臺只進來晃了一圈，說他手機的收訊很好就走了...請他協助更換房間也被置之不理，覺得很沮喪。”
