“After you get off from the train station, take the boat to San Zaccaria stop and it takes around 45 min and then by walking 10 min to arrive the hotel. Not difficult to find if you are opening the google map. Near the main tourist attractions by walking around 5 min, The view in the room is also nice. The breakfast is good and the staff is nice. The room is comfortable and large.”

“The Venice was a superb hotel and it improved our experience in Venice greatly. The hotel staff provided great service by helping us arrange water taxis, day trips to Murano and Burano and Gondola trips, all at our convenience and reasonable prices. It is one of the most exquisite hotels within Venice with really good vibes. Some recommendations for improvements including providing more racks or hooks within the room for hanging towels, guide to using the switches as these were some minor issues……

“這個旅館無論地點，房間都十分的好，服務人員十分友善，在庭院的早餐不但豐盛，還可以有現做的咖啡和炒蛋可以選。房間有數量充足的mini bar。唯一的缺點，就是不便宜。隔壁有個評價不錯的餐廳，入口在橋底下的那個，我們也很喜歡。”

“位置是超方便，旅遊景嘆息橋和聖馬可廣場也在附近。酒店房的窗外風景更是一流。早餐雖選擇不多，但質素唔錯。酒店職員的服務亦相當到位。”

“房間的熱水跟溫度很好，飯店離碼頭只有5分鐘的距離且只需過一個橋，不用提行李上下。因環保因素不提供洗髮精與牙膏牙刷。 當天我們被安排在櫃臺旁的無障礙房間，聽的到櫃臺人員打噴嚏的聲音...而我們的房間早在去年9月即訂房，而不是候補進去的。 另因房間wifi收訊很差，故請櫃臺協助處理wifi無法連線的問題，櫃臺只進來晃了一圈，說他手機的收訊很好就走了...請他協助更換房間也被置之不理，覺得很沮喪。”

“Very unique property. Super quiet with easy access and lots of shops, restaurants and sites very close by. Easy access to the water taxi too. Just loved the property for so many reasons. ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ca' Vendramin. The staff was attentive to our needs. The room was spacious, nice, and clean. The hotel was built in the 1600s and has such a rich history and beautiful architecture. It was an easy walk to many shops, as well as the Doges palace and the Basilica. The daily breakfast was a plus with many options to choose from. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“Excellent. Except that we were not aware of the 3 steps between bedroom into the living area and bathroom. It would be best if it was disclosed on the booking website.”
