“Living in the midst of greenery in a touristic place like Arenal was most appealing. Checkin was easy, parking was convenient. As expected in a green place, there are bugs. Would have liked If the doors were screen protected. This would have allowed us to experience the nature outside better..”

“We loved our stay at Hotel Heliconias. The staff was so welcoming and friendly. The grounds were beautiful. A sloth was right on the property. Beautiful flowers and birds. The restaurant had a wonderful free breakfast in the morning and great dinner options. The hot springs on the property were delightful. About 30 minutes from Arenal Volcano”

“This was my wife and I second trip to the La Fortuna area. Chachagua is a quaint town a little south and the resort was way off the beaten path in the middle of the rainforest. This was the first time for my mom and her best friend. Just off foot surgery and still a little sore/ swollen. The resort staff went overboard to accommodate her with a shower seat. Use of their wheelchair so she could get around when tired and just amazing every day. The food was top notch, free breakfast was awesome.……

“WOW! We are staying 4 nights and so lucky to have chosen this hotel. The setting is fantastic, lovely and so relaxing especially the gardens, river, pond with ducks and the refreshing covered outdoor pool. Staff Marinela & Elena are very kind, helpful and efficient. Our room is spacious but minimal storage space. Lots of free parking and safe. Delicious outdoor breakfast by Karina and Cristina. A short drive to the town center. Highly recommended!”
