“Pros: Staff is wonderful. Pillows are great. Air conditioning is perfect. 2-minute walk to the Soldiers & Sailors Monument. 5-minute walk to Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Cons: Elevators were a bit wonky. Only 1 ice machine in the whole building. Rooms have no over-head lighting- only lamps. Also, my room had no real window. Breakfast ENDS at 9am. Valet takes a long time when you’re checking out in the morning. ”
