“Oom Bubble Boutique is gorgeous and unique. Despite our late evening arrival, we received a warm welcome from Gabriella and quick tour to get our bearings. The front desk were extremely responsive to our WhatsApp messages throughout our stay. The bubbles are simple and stylish, with a tucked away toilet and both a bath and very comfortable bed in which to enjoy the night sky. We slept really well, serenaded by the jungle symphony. After a delicious breakfast, we enjoyed an amazing massage……
“We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride……

“Alma Maya is one of most unique places I have ever stayed at. There is an aura of tranquility and a special atmosphere that permeates the property. My husband and I just returned from our 5 day stay, and it was amazing. The private cenote is beautiful, the domes are wonderful to stay in, with complete privacy and cloud-like beds. “The concierges services that my family got from this resort is 5 stars. We already received the concierges services days before we arrive to the resort. During the stays, we always have a my teenager children felt very safe moving around by themself giving the adult have more time to ourself to enjoy the vacations. I would definitely look forward to back to this resort. ”
“Grand Residence continues to be a great option for the family, with fabulous services and overall quality. However, the ($$$) signature food options on the menus need to removed, it doesn’t do justice to the “Grand” all-inclusive plan.”
