“This property is perfect if you are looking to rest and relax. The location is beautiful, and the resort is small and quiet. Overall the food was higher quality than most all inclusive resorts. This is not a “party” resort. ”

“Incredible hotel, well thought out with attention to detail. Our butler Jean-Luc was extremely helpful and reactive with all of our requests. Loved that it was smaller occupancy compared to other hotels in the area, with plenty of opportunities to see flora & fauna. We really enjoyed the meal at Woodend, breakfast was great, but found the lunch/dinner food at Casa Mayor to be a bit mediocre. Spa was wonderful, Claudia gave a great massage and the hydrotherapy pools are a nice touch. Also very……

“This was my first solo trip and this hotel made me feel safe, at ease, and relaxed. It's absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Not the loud noise that you hear in Cancun which i understand but it was the perfect getaway from the city life. Beautiful views, sunsets and sunrises... activities by the pool and the excursions are amazing. I was treated like a VIP guest and it was just little old me... highly recommend it ”

“Everything was exceptional! Staff were very friendly and went above and beyond with requests or assistance. The room was in very clean and in great condition. Temp was set to a cool temperature during entire stay and helped with dealing with the heat and humidity. Pool was also very exceptional and perfect with ample space to swim and relax.
