“This is by far the best resort we have stayed at, and we’re already talking about a second trip. From the moment we arrived, we were showered with good service, friendly smiles, and amenities. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, with a large shower, toiletries and comfy beds. We got a swim-up suite, and the extra cost was worth it. The food and drinks were stellar in both variety and quality. From the large breakfast buffet to the many restaurants, we never ran out of places and……

“The only thing that I didn't like that Hyatt did not recognise this booking for points”

“We had to wait way after the check in time to get our room, with small children it is really a huge disadvantage. Unfortunately there were some low class attitude guest staying in the hotel stealing chairs and umbrellas by the pool while in pool but all of our stuff was there, no security cameras but thanks to eyewitness was able to proove, though guest services were not on my side eventhough the case was so obvious. Disappointing!”
