“This is really a nice unit. We spent hours on the balcony relaxing and watching the activity below. If you want to swim there is a pool, and the ocean with a life guard near by. Great breakfast place right next door (Tony and Joe's ??) and a great lunch place (Breakers) a short wall away. The is a nice boardwalk park near by. It is close to some great restaurants (The Garlic, the Riverview), plus the main street of shops, restaurants, and ice creme shops. This is a great stay for everyone!”

“Condo was all it said it was. The check in and check out was super smooth. Great location and amenities. Having the boardwalk right there was perfect for the group of HS boys that came with us. The Host was super responsive and answered all my questions quickly. We would go back again. ”

“First class from beginning to end. Host quickly establishes communication as soon as you reserve. The check in and out process is clear and easy. The property is better than the listing describes. The condo is directly on a great section of the beach. The pool was a little cold during our stay because the condo shades it in the afternoon. Nobody cares about the pool temperature when the beach is perfect. Thank you for letting my family enjoy your property. We look forward to visiting again next……

“This stay at Kelly and Justin's was absolutely top notch. The accommodations were very clean. Check in was simple and exactly as described, and the room was literally just steps away from the beach ! (Just remember to bring your key with you to and from ;)). This was my first stay in Daytona and I will say the beach and neighbors where a bit of a mixed bag. Regarding the rental though, last but not least the entire weekend was started off on an incredible note as the hosts provided the sweetest……

All of the instructions for the unit were laid out perfectly for us. The resort is beautiful and the upgrades in this unit were top notch - especially the balcony view!
