“We would recommend a new cleaning crew that does the refreshing of the property when a next guest comes in town ! But the owners have very kid friendly sleep options that me and my wife used the whole time kitchen appliances and utensils were great ! Space was a bit smaller than in pictures but nothing to complain about ! Also we had no problem staying in Oakland station but for those who don’t know do your research ! I think the owners did a good job renovation the home ! Wish it had more……

“Stayed here for the NCAA National Championship. Great location, easy to get to and easy to get downtown and out. We rented a car versus relying on Lyft which can be a nightmare after a major sporting event. Host was super responsive and easy to work with. The house is depicted correctly. Three floors with lots of room. ”

“We came down for a military graduation with family. The house was super convenient and while it was on the main road, it was quiet inside. The house had lots of character and charm and plenty of space. It was clean and well stocked. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if in the area! ”

“Overall is this a cute house in a convenient location! While the proximity to the highway is great for going to attractions-there is a decent amount of traffic noise at the house. The biggest thing to note-as seen in other reviews is that this is not a true 3BR. Two of the rooms are connected by a sliding barn door. The house is decorated in a vintage/antique style-thus some of the beds are squeaky and not the most comfy! We were traveling with kids and enjoyed that there was a park walkable……

“Perfect location ”

“We came to Atlanta for the Aquarium and the Coca Cola Museum and I was looking for somewhere inexpensive to stay. I came across this home and it was exactly how the listing stated it was. Quiet Neighborhood, Very clean inside, Nice and Modern. Only issue we had was short on linens but for 3 nights that was fine as well and not a big deal. “Everything about our stay was fantastic!! If you are thinking about booking this property, do it! The entire place was clean and really did feel like home for the short time my brothers and I were in Atlanta. The area feels very safe and I can’t say enough about how well we were treated by Shannon and her husband. You won’t regret booking with them. I can’t say how happy I was with the whole experience and what a great time we had!”

“The place was fine. Needs some attention, and had lots of minor things (needed towels, toilet paper, ant killer, heat) and owner was very responsive, though still waiting on refund that we didn’t receive. It served its purpose, and typically you wouldn’t need heat in Atlanta but one night the house hvac was at 56 degrees. This was during a snow storm so again, we know that’s usual. The owner seemed to be very responsive and helpful but once he took care of it, he never gave refund. ”

“I love to return again and again to this A frame beauty directly on the lake. Quiet mornings with a pot of coffee listening to birds singing. The home is casually elegant and well appointed. I have stayed with a small dog and also with a group of girlfriends. ”
