“Great location. As expected with a downstairs unit, we heard normal noise from upstairs, scooting chairs, rushing water from flushed toilets, etc. But overall a very clean comfortable place.”

“The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable! The pictures accurately reflect the listing, and the space was very cute. Beds were l comfy for a rental, and there were plenty of towels and extra blankets. Julien was helpful and responsive, and he was accommodating for a later check-in. My only note is that the neighborhood is a bit rough, and the parking lot isn’t well lit. My mom and I were a bit uneasy walking across the parking lot at night to they to the front door of the building.……

“We stayed at this property while visiting family for the holidays. The location is great — walkable to all of the downtown attractions. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The parking was a little confusing at first but they provided a map in the unit that explained everything in better detail.For transparency, guest cleaning duties at check out include the following:-Take out the trash - Load and start the dishwasher- Strip linens from all used beds- Place all used……

“Five sisters for a short getaway! We had a great time. The condo was beautiful, the host, Jim made sure we had everything we needed! Btw, probably the best host we have ever had!The location was perfect. Ate lots of delicious food, every place we ate didn’t scrimp on the portions! Saw lots of beautiful tulips! Such a pretty area. We will definitely be back!”

“My husband is from Grand Haven and we come annually for the Coast Guard Festival. We decided to rent this year rather than stay with family and we’re glad we did. It was nice to be able to walk everywhere and have a place to come to if we wanted to rest in the middle of the day. The condo was very clean and pretty, and served our purpose well. The bedroom downstairs was smaller than it appeared in pictures but it was fine. The only issue we had was that the A/C didn’t cool consistently……

“I have traveled to Grand Haven numerous times in the past. This property was by far the most attractive with full kitchen and full amenities. The view from the 3 balconies and windows is stunning. Due to the property location we were able to listen to the New Years Eve music celebrations from the property instead of enduring the rain and we were able to view the New Years fireworks from our balacony. ”

“It's a beautiful condo on the top floor overlooking the harbor and the lighthouse. It's right across from the nightly musical fountains. It was very clean and well-appointed, including full kitchen. We would stay there again!”
