“Easy walk to town”

“We stayed there for Laconia weekend 2024. 4 couples were very comfortable. The street up to a certain part to get to location is paved then dirt. The driveway dirt and rocks which is rough especially for motorcycle. Owner allowed easy early check in and we were able to park motorcycles in garage which was awesome. Home could use some maintenance but overall nice. The location was quiet and secluded. Only downfall with the location for us is distance not walkable to get to weirs strip which we……

“We had the most amazing stay at Leah and Chris’s beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how clean, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked the house was—it truly had everything we could possibly need and more.Our group of 12 (including young kids and dogs!) had tons of space to spread out comfortably, and every single bed was super cozy. “Loon Retreat is a well-kept home with 4+ bedroom areas and lots of space. The kitchen has plenty of pots & pans, utencils, modern appliances and a large table able to seat our group of 10; lots of books, artwork, games, binoculars, etc. We were very happy with the large back deck, 4 kayaks & canoe and easily accessed dock and swimming area. The lake is very clean. We were disappointed that we could not bring a portable firepit for s'mores --a first in our many years of lakeside renting, and that……
