“Lovely location with ocean views and proximity to the beach in Newport. The host welcomed us with flowers in the rooms and a treat basket including snacks and wine. A side gate leads to steps down to the beach. My husband enjoyed the sauna. This was our third stay and it never disappoints.”

“Loved our overnight stay! We are locals but were meeting friends from Idaho and decided to stay over. Very clean rooms, very friendly staff - if you are used to “5 star fancy” you might be disappointed but trust me, this place is great! The back area to the beach is awesome and I particularly loved the bathroom we had in Room 2. Not ultra modern but quirkily vintage which was a plus. We would definitely recommend this place to family and friends. ”

“Wonderful weekend with the family. My kids loved the pool and hot tub. The salmon chowder was a nice treat and we appreciated the breakfast offerings in the morning. Beds were incredibly comfortable and the fireplace in the room while sitting and enjoying the sound of the ocean was perfect. My kids said this was their favorite hotel at the coast.”
