“The picture looks very good, but what you don’t know- until you pay and actually get there- is that it is a very oddly-shaped 2nd back house. There is tight parking for two cars in the garage that you share with the residents of the 1st back house. Also, you reach the garage through an alley in the back. The neighborhood is ok, but the parking on the street is atrocious!! I felt very much duped.Monrovia is a beautiful city, but there are better places to stay.”

“We stayed at this VRBO during the January 2025 California Fires which were just on the borderline of the area. The communication with the owners was spectacular. We had a family emergency which brought us to California and with the fires this compounded our stress. The owners, however, were so amazing at sharing information and putting us to ease. The Bungalow is in a terrific location, supplied with the basics, convenient location, clean, safe and very comfortable! Our stay was wonderful……

“We based our trip around this area for us it was perfect. We went north, south, east and west and did about 1000 Miles in 10 days.The Hoist was helpful and was there to shows in on the day we check in. He got rid of the old microwave and replace it with a new one and there was differently NO BED BUGS.The Accommodation was basic with the two rooms, the carpet was old but clean a little untried around the edge's. The bathroom was a good size and clean. The microwave fridge unit worked OK for us as……
