“I had a great experience at Ivy Boutique Hotel on a previous visit, but this time was a complete letdown. The heating was broken in freezing 0-degree Chicago weather, making the room unbearably cold. To make matters worse, there was no liner between the sheets, which felt unhygienic and uncomfortable. It’s clear that the quality has decreased significantly, and the attention to detail is lacking. For the price, I expected much better. Won’t be returning.”

“By far the best hotel I stayed at on my trip in February. Excellent value, great service and amenities, and a lovely big room with huge windows. The housekeeper was very friendly, and a worker down in the lobby was very helpful when I was struggling to use the laundry room. The included breakfast was an extra bonus.
