“Check in was easy on the app but we did struggle to get the key to work at first, when we arrived. A very friendly member of staff helped us out. The room was very comfortable, as was the bed. The shower was excellent. The extractor fan in the bathroom made a weird noise like a car alarm which went on for ages after you switched the light off, but it did stop eventually. One thing to note, as you have a virtual key on your phone you don't have a key card to put in the box to switch on the……

“非常漂亮的莊園，莊園的室內裝飾的非常的典雅，室外空間非常大，很舒服可以去逛逛，每一個小細節都很重視，他們的早餐真是更是讓你覺得很精緻又豐富又好吃，英式早餐的肉類控制得恰到好處不會太焦，非常的好吃。這件事我全程住的17間最棒的一間飯店，絕對推薦只要是識假的一定要來這裡。這裡離outlet開車大概只有15分鐘的時間。”

“Fantastic location and easy to find. Great service that allowed late check in via key lock. Comfortable room with lots of electricity plug in points for charging phones, computers etc which is a pleasing change. Lovely large shower with powerful rain hail. Room was immaculately clean Excellent all around, definatly recommend and will use again ”

“We Usually stay in hotels, but decided to stay in a guest house this time. Got to say we were really impressed with Chester house. It was very clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, (in both here and their sister property, Chester court hotel, next door), and the included breakfasts were excellent. In addition, it was great to have ample free parking on site The location is also very convenient for Chester city centre and also to nearby Hoole village,……

The room was large lots of space clean and comfortable. Fabulous place to stay in heart of everything facing the Cathedral, short walk to Chester Wall, short walk to lots of shops and restaurants. ”
