“Welcome was wonderfully Staff were really polite nice efficient helpful Nothing was too much trouble The lady & Guy who were both there on our Late return from the Concert we attended in Bath was really luvly so was the same lady on Duty for our Breakfast & Departure the next Morning. “A nice hotel for families. Room was clean and comfortable and the staff were great, friendly and helpful. It's proximity to the caves is great and it's a half hour walk away from Wells. The food in the restaurant was good too.”

“Very nice welcome and very clean room and hotel. Very quiet, had a great night's sleep. Breakfast was very expensive but it was very good quality with probably local sausages (large) nice back bacon and all the trimmings. Other cooked options were available. Would stay there again and can recommend for sure.”
