Are you able to "splurge" on waffles without eating a GIANT one? Check! (makes four adorable mini waffles!) Large King size room with sofa and desk. Honestly this hotel was wonderful from the service to the ULTRA clean dining area. Free coffee and water available, just a great experience.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is a little older, but well maintained and clean. The location is as good as it gets on Chincoteague: we could walk downtown, and it was easy to drive into and out of. The staff was the best part though. Extremely friendly and welcoming, they made us feel right at home and took great care of us. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we get out to Chincoteague!”

“Cozy area, nice staff, wonderful views, reasonably priced, walkable to anywhere downtown, a lot of care given to landscaping of the grounds, and to back deckwalk. And really friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.”

“This is our 4th or 5th stay at Ducks. We live the spaciousness of it for our family. Its nice to have the porch to relax on after a day of shopping and doing tourist things. I think we ate every meal out there. We were pretty much unplugged for the stay. Spent the evening playing games and laughing. We always make wonderful memories to last a life time. ”

“The property needs updating, which the host was very up front about. Given that, the place was clean and the beds were terrific. Our two night stay included complimentary coffee and cake from a beanery next door for each night. A terrific touch. We will be back”
