“We were upgraded to penthouse so it was fab. That said check in details weren’t sent and I had to call a few times to get them. When I got them over the phone they were incorrect. Ken saved the day when we arrived. He was a gent. Penthouse was lovely. ”

“Booked to stay as we were attending the wedding of our nephew. Early wedding so had to leave our bags in the car until after 2pm check-in. Not really a problem but would have been nice to hang my extra clothes earlier. Staff polite and helpful. Room OK but no aircon so quite warm. There was a desk fan in the room so that helped. Breakfast was good with a variety of continental and cooked breakfast. Refreshed regularly”

“- poor house keeping services - always forgot replace clean towers, refill tissue and forgot dispose toilet rubbish and I clean it myself. - no hand wash gel as no stock - ask for replace bed sheet and vacuum carpet by tenant every time - want to raise up staff - Ms Jane (old lady at reception), as one time house keeping forgot to clean my room and she clean up my room, replace towers, dispose rubbish and vacuum carpet by herself, but she was just receptionist!”

“Really Clean , staff super helpful. Room comfortable and had lots of amenities. Only downsides was noise from other rooms waking us up early. We had breakfast on one day and found that by the time we had arrived the hot buffet section was lacking ”

“We were unable to use the pool and jacuzzi due to it being full of men and as a female i didn't feel comfortable in that environment. I found the breakfast very unsatisfying considering the cost, it was luke warm and no offer of eggs cooked other than scrambled which was swimming in water”

“Plenty of space to park, The hotel is nicely decorated clean and modern. The room was quite spacious with twin beds ample wardrobe and drawer space. Tea coffee kettle in the room. Tv. The bathroom was a good size with shower cubical sink and loo. Complimentary soaps shampoos and shower gels. Free wifi for guests.. We ordered food before going out for the evening. “Just got back from my visit to Queens hotel it was perfect, I had sea view. 😃 Staff were so helpful and friendly. Food was lovely.. Lovely walk along the seafront which led me to Fairhaven lake beautiful place to go. Lovely cafe there too. Shops just around the corner. It was so relaxing.. Definitely would stay At Queens hotel again.. ”

“The stag were extremely welcoming, warm and friendly. The room was a very good size with a modern en-suite bathroom. The evening meal menu had a varied selection for all tastes and the quality of food was excellent, being very well cooked and presented. Breakfast was high quality local produce with a large serving. Overall we had a fantastic stay and great nights sleep with a large high quality mattress and comfortable pillows. I would not hesitate to recommend this venue and we would……
