“Had a good stay, through the staff weren't overly helpful when I had a question about the security deposit. Nice rooms, pool was adequate though sandy in the hot tub. Breakfast was pretty good! We will definitely go again. ”

“This was my second stay at Four Points, and I returned because my first experience was so positive. At check-in, I was offered the chance to stay in one of their newly renovated rooms, which I gladly accepted. While I’ve stayed in their older rooms before and never had an issue with the design or comfort, the updated rooms are a clear upgrade. Even though there are newer hotels in the area, I chose to come back here because both the older and newer rooms feel clean, comfortable, and not at all……

“The cups in our room had something white and sticky in them. Otherwise, staff was friendly, cookies were delicious. ”

“Property is a bit dated. Beds & linen was excellent Reception and Kitchen staff excellent Late check-in was difficult as the main door was locked and does offer 24 x 7 reception”

“Elevator needs repair. Felt like I was in a Roller coaster. Elderly with balance issues may find it very unpleasant. Elevator doors don’t open very well, thought I’d be hitting the emergency button. 1*. Rooms are dated but clean 3*. Staff amazing 5*. Awesome indoor pool and very clean 5*. Breakfast was excellent 5* ”
