“酒店位置极好，离诺曼皇宫步行不到5分钟距离，员工非常热心，服务周到，提供的早餐真的是量大得不得了，怎么也吃不完。酒店装饰也很特别。 只是房间稍简陋，除了床没椅子可坐，也没桌子。隔音比较差，隔壁的孩子到了晚上哭闹声，以及有人在房间大声说话，有点吵。幸好10点之后安静了。 ”

“This property is in the heart of everything… we were the crazy Americans that rented a car a drove it to this property. We made it but extremely stressful and unless you are an experienced driver for very narrow alleyway and pedestrian all over the road I highly recommend not driving… fortunately there is a parking lot and we parked our car until we left the property. The stay was awesome you are located in the best for walking everywhere. The staff were amazing. Room was nice a few steps to……

“This is a lovely hotel in Palermo. But sadly, we were very underwhelmed with the gritty city of Palermo. Staying at the lovely hotel saved us. Staff was wonderful and we enjoy a dinner at their little restaurant.”

“The host was very gracious. The bedroom was comfortable. The bathroom was not within the suite but next to the room and it was solely ours. The host lives in the apartment in another area so it does feel private. There was 1 other couple there but we only interacted with them at breakfast one morning. Breakfast was light (a pastry and fruit parfait with yogurt). The negative of this place is the outside noise of music that is loud enough to hear until 5 am and earlier people talking and……

“From the moment we arrived we had a great time. Our room ‘Norma’ was perfect with fantastic views over Via Maqueda. Lovely Romina was so helpful, making recommendations of restaurants / areas to visit and reservations for us. The facility of nearby parking was really beneficial. We will DEFINITELY be back!!!”

“The property was perfect for what we needed at this point in our vacation - relaxing and a nice pool to cool down in after a hot day touring the Valley of the Temples. The location was great and the dinner Giuseppe made for us was delicious. The room could have used a little bit of maintenance but was comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay. ”
