“La vista è eccezionale dalla terrazza. Il personale è disponibile 24/24. Sono rimasta basita dalla presenza di un gatto molto grande che camminava libero al piano terra, soprattutto poiché io ne sono fortemente allergica. La colazione ricca ma alle 9:00 era quasi tutto finito e non è stato rifornito il buffet. Possibilità di fare colazione anche in terrazza. Camera comfort molto ampia. mi è stato sostituito subito il lettino con la culla, come da mia richiesta. La finestra dava sul retro e……

Gli interni della struttura, diversamente dalla prima impressione, sono nuovi e accoglienti e il personale è stato disponibile alle mie richieste ( ho dovuto posticipare la partenza e ho chiesto di poter rimanere in struttura oltre l 'orario stabilito per il check out). “The apartment was great (modern, safe and clean) and in a great location within walking distance of most places in downtown Naples. Vittoria, our host, was the best and speaks at least three languages (English, Spanish, and Italian). My only critique would be of Naples itself. It’s a fun city but the traffic and trash are an issue in many areas. ”

“This hotel was beautiful and modern and the staff were so kind and professional. The hotel is based in a historical building which is also a shopping centre so there would be some noise up to 1am but that’s something that really can’t be helped. The hotel was very clean and there were good amenities - I also found the bed to be very comfortable which is a bonus because it can take some time to adjust to a hotel bed. The location is excellent and very close to the key tourist attractions and……
