“the lady who checked us in, went above and beyond to and resolve the TV not functioning. pre-check in online states “no pets” but it is a dog friendly hotel”

“Everything was great except for a couple of maintenance issues. Neither the drain in the shower or the sink drained acceptably. Also, the tv has some spots where pixels appeared to not be working. The staff was great and the Hoyle is very clean. ”

“Jacuzzi tub was clean and there was plenty of hot water. Worth the extra $$ after hours in the car. Plenty of towels. Restaurant next door was good with reasonable prices for dinner and drinks. Hwy exit was blocked so not as easy to get to hotel. ”

“Probably the best room layout I’ve ever seen for a family - 2 beds in separate areas with bath in between. Great for families or siblings as the separate bed areas each have their own tv and everyone has a bit more privacy. Will absolutely stay here again. Staff was lovely. Breakfast was good. Very happy with our stay. ”

“I was concerned when I drove up - the grounds were weedy and unkempt, and there were construction workers barbecuing on the edge of the parking lot. But inside all was clean, quiet and comfortable, and staff was attentive. They said the workers outside were long-term guests and were allowed to gather outside on a Friday afternoon as long as they were quiet and didn't bother guests, and that was absolutely the case. Good value for the money.”

“Definitely an older building, but it was very well maintained and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were in need of a little update, but clean and the beds were comfortable. ”

“The rooms were updated and very clean. Loved the fresh cookies and breakfast. The staff were great! The hot tub was closed off and there aren't chairs around the pool, so we didn't use that. ”
