“I don't think this place should be on hotels.com. It is not a hotel. It is more like a bedsit. There is no reception. It is in a very dodgy area. Rubbish on the sidewalk. A homeless man with his pants down in the alley next to it. And my room smelled like the smoking area at a retirement home. You are given a code to get into the front door and your room. I had to call to get mine and it was confusing. The cleaning lady I met was nice and the bed was reasonable. I never did find the bathroom……

“It's definitely got the wow factor as soon as you walk in. The views from the windows (not so much the kitchen one though) are amazing! Overlooking the beach and sea. The place was spotless, very clean and tidy. Good size rooms with comfortable beds. We had to put pressure back in the boiler but there are simple instructions on the boiler itself. The shower took some figuring out. Very close to all the shops and amusements... little 2-5 minutes walk for whatever you need. The perfect location.……

“We had a lovely stay. The apartment lived up to its pictures and description. The kitchen lacked a few items but that could be just us. The external appearance of the building should not detract from your stay. My biggest gripe would be the number of ‘friendly’ emails and texts from Virbo regarding the charges that could be levied against me should we not leave the place as specified…”

Easy access to shops cafes and restaurants and a short walk away to the beach with only a 2 mile walk to Marske.
