“It was a pleasant day however, it’s confusing making you think it’s a part of Norwich Inn and spa. Also, they had house rules that they wanted you to do before you left. Cleaning up before you left, which I thought was crazy. I’ve never had to clean up after myself in a hotel room. This was even more expensive I shouldn’t of had to take the trash out!”

“We had previously stayed in a different unit in this complex. We were very happy with the other unit and we understood what the set up was like. We were going to Mohegan Sun and the location is very convenient.I was sent notifications that I needed to verify my identity. I needed to submit a license,a photo and either a 15 fee if I chose to have them hold money on my credit card or a 35 fee if not. “This is a gorgeous, comfortable, well-maintained property and everything was perfect. We all agreed we would love to stay here again! Check-out was listed as 10 AM but we pre-arranged to check-out at noon for no additional charge. ”

“We have stayed at this exact property before (2 years ago), and we have stayed at the condos at The Spa at Norwich Inn several times over the years, and we like the area and the amenities. This unit is well-configured for a group of 4, but it is starting to look more worn and less well-kept than 2 years ago. “The listing states a 1 bedroom, don’t be confused thinking there is a room with a door and then another room, as it’s just a single room with a bed. There was one gentleman that was very blunt and rude with his words. I unfortunately dealt with him prior to my visit, via phone, and once I got there. "As an experienced traveler, I have to rate this La Quinta a ONE out of Five. The facility is too old to use. To open the door, you need to insert the card key dozens of times. The hall way is not flat, slightly uphill or downhill. The drain of the tub is only half-working. When you take shower your feet are in the water. Basin is cracked and glued. AC sound wakes you up every time when it starts. Breakfast is ok, but lack of food after 8:50, it says that the time of breakfast is 6:30 to 9:30. Parking is free and safe, which is only thing make my thumb up. Overall, with $140 per night price, I must say, I was very disappointed by this hotel!!! By the way, the other La Quinta hotels I have lived in are very good."
