“Its a cute little property in a great location. 5 minute walk to cocoa village! Must have a chocolate crossaint at Ozarios! Just understand that the twin bed is in a kinda closet area. There are no outlets. Bring extension cord and fan. It was fine for 2 nights. The sofa bed was fine. The queen bed was comfy. Easy check in. Its steps from the pool which was cool on a hot summer day. We booked for location to kayak on Merritt Island! Great deal!!! The owner was great and easy to get in touch……

“This site was even better than expected. Excellent. Bedroom and living room view of the Banana River, the patio is great - and the only patio at the entire complex. Also the best parking spot at the complex - closest and shaded. Would absolutely recommend and stay again. Photo is of sunrise over the Banana River - just a 30-second walk across the street from the condominium. ”
