“Easy walk to the beach. Had lots of family games. ”

“This home was perfect for our family. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, but just a couple minutes away from everything that we were hoping to experience in Cocoa beach and only an hour away from Disney and Universal. Zareh was great to deal with and answered any questions we had quickly. We appreciated the pool on the hot humid days and it was really nice having a washer and dryer available. Also having the playpen and pool toys for the grandkids and beach necessities for everyone was……

“A walk across the street to a beautiful long Cocoa beach with park, bathrooms, water fountain and lifeguards on the beach! Beautiful view of the quiet canal with an excellent dock to sit and enjoy. Perfect patio furniture to enjoy dinner outside and the pool! The house had 2 washer and dryer which was a great bonus! The game from was stocked with life jackets and games and beach supplies! We had a wonderful family vacation! The host was VERY quick to respond to every message! I will look to stay……

“Very cute house. Nice location. Everything you could need except house was listed as having a pull out sofa in the living room which it did not have. Current listing says there is a twin bed in living room but, unless something has changed, this is also false. ”

“We had a pleasant stay. Backyard was peaceful and neighborhood was very safe. Back deck is overdue for some repairs and kitchen could use a restock of basics like glasses, small plates etc. no open cabinets for food storage. Kitchen and bathrooms were nice. Overall could use some refresh of furniture and decorating. ”

“We had a wonderful time. We were able to see dolphins in the canal a couple of times which was so exciting. There are kayaks and a paddle board. We didn’t brave it because there wasn’t a ladder back up to the dock but I’m sure it’s doable. The house was great, tons of room and very comfortable. Great location in the middle of all kinds of great restaurants and just down the road from a park/public beach which was wonderful. ”
