“This house looks brand new and is beautiful inside, the pool is fantastic and the game room is something the kids could enjoy for hours. The location is also perfect. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the I dream of Jeannie Park for beach access. Can’t wait to stay here again next time we’re in Coco Beach.”

“Check in was very easy, home was very clean and well-kept. Had everything we needed for our stay with parents and our two year old. “The Surf Shack was comfortable and charming. Our two families had everything we needed to enjoy our time. The location was a quick drive to all the best spots in Cocoa Beach. We were able to easily see two rocket launches (one from the driveway and one from the Cocoa Beach pier), enjoy ice cream at the Fat Donkey and drinks at Coconuts. “We had to move here at the last minute due to our other accommodations having issues. The host was incredibly kin, helpful and very responsive. The house was absolutely gorgeous, the pool was amazing, and the deck wonderful. It's a beautiful home and we really enjoyed staying here. Would definitely stay again.”

“Enjoyed staying at this house for some peace and quiet. House is plenty spacious for certainly 2 and up to 3 couples. Lanai was nice to relax in the shade. Pool is perfect for just lounging. House is outfitted with plenty of utensils, pans, etc.. Drip coffee maker for those interested. Close enough to the beach to walk about 10 minutes. Close to dining and shopping options. “We stayed here for a girls weekend and our expectations were exceeded!!! There were so many little details that were just so thoughtful! Blow up Happy Birthday cakes and signs… cupcakes for all 8 of us! Everytime we said dang it I forgot we looked around and the owners had it there for you!! The beach was a short walk and if you stay make sure to check out The Fat Donkey Ice Cream place and Whisk and Grind for breakfast!! ”
