“We had a great stay at this property!! Honestly, the early mornings on the river deck couldn’t be beat! So fun to see the manatees daily. The house is well laid out and suited our needs. The house also had pool toys, beach chairs, bikes, kayaks, etc. We were especially pleased that it was dog friendly! Distance to the beach would be the only concern. It’s walkable, but with having younger children and older family members, we only drove (but that wasn’t an issue for us). We would love to return……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was in a quiet neighborhood convenient to beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. The house was clean with everything we needed. Very nice pool as well. Capt. Rick was a great host and checked in with us periodically to make sure our stay was going well and provided updates on when to expect pool service, etc. Would stay here again!”

“Enjoyed staying at this house for some peace and quiet. House is plenty spacious for certainly 2 and up to 3 couples. Lanai was nice to relax in the shade. Pool is perfect for just lounging. House is outfitted with plenty of utensils, pans, etc.. Drip coffee maker for those interested. Close enough to the beach to walk about 10 minutes. Close to dining and shopping options. Publix is 2 minutes driving up the road or a 10ish minute walk. Saw dolphins and manatee in the canal during our……

“Well equipped and great location, with beautiful views of golf course and mountains. Had an issue with check in. We did not receive the keypad code via email. Took two hours to reach the owner for the code. Maybe this was a one time issue, but we found the owner did not respond to this and one other issue. Otherwise, great space.”
