“Air conditioning did not work properly through the night so we did not get to sleep. It said it was 68 but it was not blowing cold. Told the front desk the morning of checkout, and they giggled and said oh that’s funny the last guest checking out said their room was too cold. Respectfully, we don’t really care. We were uncomfortable. We weren’t cold. You shouldn’t say that to a guest but instead say you’ll take care of it so the next guest doesn’t have to be hot all night. Other than that, Tony……
