“Its quaint. Front desk person is nice and friendly. Probably my go to spot when i come to Hammondsport. Its more of a family feel then the other hotels in the area.”

“The rooms are recently renovated. The inside was very clean. This hotel is a work in progress as many others and I hope them all the best in bringing this place up to full glamor once again. I was always brought to small motels/hotels as a kid and now I root for all the people that are trying to keep these older establishments running. I encourage others to give this a stay. “Hotel Naples is very unique. While check in and out are contactless, the process is simple and you have everything you need. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant was closed (Sunday), unfortunately, and dining options are limited in Naples. However, we did dine at Roots, which was excellent. All in all, we had a wonderful time and would definitely go back to Hotel Naples.”

“We had a fantastic family trip. The best kept secret is the beach area - we had a blast just hanging in the water, felt safe and away from any boat activity. Close to a playground to give the kiddos another activity, and great location to golf too! Trying to work it into our vacation rotation again. ”
