“We really enjoyed our stay! The front desk staff were pleasant and accommodating. Public transport is just outside the hotel. The only downside is the noise, due to it's location (right neck to busy streets), but it wasn't loud enough that we couldn't sleep. More like traffic white noise? Big shout-out for Fabio, who was a pleasure to meet!”

“I loved my weeks stay at the Cross Hotel. The staff was very professional and extremely helpful. Helping with rides to and from airport, directions and rides to great restaurants the best sites and all the touristy things I wanted and needed. The breakfast included was my favorite. There was a great variety of hot food that filled me for most of the day. I traveled solo and recommend this Hotel to anyone headed to Rome. Ps: I forgot to mention the Garden bar and rooftop! So much fun. ”

There were not many choices in breakfast buffet. hotel staff were nice and attentive, the man in the reception described sightseeing locations to us in details by using a map.
