Large utility room included full-size washer and dryer. AC was cold and comfortable. Nest thermostat. Easy to work. Bathrooms were roomy and accessible with instant hot water and the sundeck overlooking the Colorado River absolutely spectacular! Wifi was speedy and accommodated numerous devices. “This is the BEST beach condo in Matagorda TX. It was immaculately clean. The place actually looks like the pictures. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had what I needed to cook meals. The view was the best and our favorite part of the whole trip. We watched the sun rise every morning. I have no complaints at all. The pool was newly renovated and perfect. My kids had so much fun swimming. Check in was quick and the host was super friendly and responded quickly to my questions. Highly……
