“We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and wanted a place to get away and unwind. It was the perfect place for us and our dog. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, was very clean and had everything we needed. It was convenient to the places we wanted to visit. Jennifer was the best host, answering all of our questions promptly and giving us great tips on restaurants and beaches in the area. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Jennifer for a wonderful weekend.”

“Chip’s place was very clean, comfortable and welcoming. It is appointed simply yet had everything we needed. The coffee pods were great and we left the s’mores supplies for the next young guests. It is close enough to St. Joe’s for us to attend our events there, but off the beaten path with many hidden gems nearby. Quiet neighborhood with lush vegetation. Very relaxing. I hope to return.”

The oven, range, and fridge are exceptional. It has high-end grills, both gas and wood-fired. Every detail is accounted for, and if anything is amiss, the Juniper property management crew is on it immediately. They were - quite literally- the most responsive and easy-going crew I’ve ever dealt with at a vacation……
