“The condo itself was beautiful with all amentities you could want. The problem is the property management company. You have to go offsite to get the keys, then the gates were not working and when I called twice they told me nothing wrong with gates and we ended up parking outside in Keystone parking lot and having to walk and carry our stuff I saw a handyman and he said gates were not working so they ended up sending someone to just leave gate open all weekend. "Overall, the hotel's environment and facilities and staff are good, but two things make me uneasy. Firstly, the bed is wrinkled, which gives the impression that someone has slept on it before, although the quilt looks new. Secondly, the bottom of the swimming pool appears dirty, making it impossible to determine whether the water is clean or dirty."
